Data Deletion Instructions

If you've messaged our Facebook Page and would like us to delete the data we've stored about your conversation (message history, name, phone number, or other details you shared), you can request deletion in either of the following ways:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including:
- The Facebook name or phone number you used when messaging us, so we can locate your conversation
- A brief confirmation that you'd like your stored data deleted
We will process your request and confirm once your data has been deleted, typically within 7 business days.
Option 2: Message Our Page
Send a message to our Facebook Page and let our team know you'd like your conversation data deleted. A team member will confirm and process the request.
What Gets Deleted
Upon request, we will delete:
- Your stored conversation history with the Bot
- Any name, phone number, email, or address information collected from your conversation
If your information has already been used to complete an order or business transaction, certain records may need to be retained for legitimate business, accounting, or legal purposes even after a deletion request, in line with standard recordkeeping requirements. We will let you know if this applies to your request.
